The National Weather Service issued a flash flood watch Sunday for Fond du Lac, Sheboygan, Dodge, Washington, Ozaukee, Jefferson, Waukesha and Milwaukee counties. The watch takes effect from Monday afternoon to Tuesday morning.

Areas most susceptible to flash flooding are urban areas that also got several inches of rain last week.

There will be moderate to heavy rainfall during that time with an expected 1.5 to 3 inches expected. But the weather service said 2 to 4 inches could be possible in urban areas.
