KIMBERLY - Northeast Wisconsin farm managers, Ag lenders and other Ag industry professionals are encouraged to attend the annual UW-Extension Farm Management Update for Ag Professionals on Friday, Sept. 14 at Liberty Hall in Kimberly.
Topics include: Market Outlook & Strategies, Robin Schmahl, AgDairy LLC Marketing Consultant; Farm Exit Planning, Stephanie Plaster, Washington/Ozaukee Co Extension Educator; Beef Budgets & Benchmarks, Bill Halfman, Monroe Co Extension Ag Agent; Crop Update, Kevin Jarek, Outagamie Co Extension Crops & Soils Agent; WI AgFA Dairy Farm Benchmark Program, Jenny Vanderlin, UW-Madison Center for Dairy Profitability; Dairy Policy / Farm Bill update, Dr. Mark Stephenson, UW-Madison Center for Dairy Profitability and What Did We Learn from 2018 Farm Building Collapses, Dr. Dave Bohnhoff, UW-Madison Agriculture Structural Engineer.
