MONROE - Over two hundred animals were exhibited at the District Six Wisconsin Holstein Association Breeders show held June 26 at the Green County Fairgrounds in Monroe, WI.

This year's contest featured 155 heifers and 52 cows which were judged by Mike Duckett. First in class and championship results are as follows:

FUTURITY RESULTS

The 15th annual Holstein Futurity contest was held in conjunction with the District 6 Holstein Show. Out of 71 animals entered three years ago as calves, 11 three year old cows came back and participated in this year’s contest.

Winning top honors was Ms Ziems Atwood Harmony-ET, exhibited by owner Tim Ziemba, Cambridge. He received a $500 prize from Compeer Financial. The second place Holstein, WI Fischerdale Attic Evita was exhibited by owner Joe Sarbacker of Verona. He was presented a $250 award by sponsor Chris Gransee Hoof Trimming.
