Fire destroys machine shed at Bach Farms in Dorchester
DORCHESTER - A machine shed fire resulted in a total loss at Bach Farms in Dorchester on Clark County Highway A early during the early morning hours on Nov. 6.

The fire occurred at 2 a.m. Monday, according to Central Fire & EMS District Facebook page. Central Fire and EMS was dispatched to the fire and found heavy smoke and flames engulfing the building, according to a news release on the Central Fire & EMS Facebook page.
The farm is located in Clark County on Highway A near both Taylor and Marathon counties.
Fire departments spent five hours fighting the blaze and preventing its spread to nearby buildings. According to the release, the fire is suspected to be caused by an electrical issue from the second-floor area of the shop.
After 5 hours, firefighters on the scene were able to extinguish the blaze, according to the news release.
Stetsonville, Athens, and Owen-Witthee-Curtiss Fire departments were on the scene to help Central Fire and EMS. No injuries were reported and no livestock were harmed in the blaze, according to the news release.
