Borchert earns Supreme Dairy Showperson at State Fair

WEST ALLIS - 13-year-old Aaliyah Borchert of Wood County earned the title of Supreme Dairy Showperson at the Wisconsin State Fair during the junior Showmanship competition. Garnering reserve supreme champion dairy showperson honors was 18-year-old Benjamin Buske of Dodge County. Abigal Powers, 14, of Dunn County was named the third overall supreme champion showperson.

The top five showmen in age categories 12-19 are listed below.

Age 12 — Brianna Meyer, Calumet, 1; Ainsley Noble, Grant, 2; Lillian Crosby, Chippewa, 3; Brock Hoskins, Vernon, 4; and Deagen Sandelier, Clark, 5.

Age 13 —  Aalilyah Borchert, Wood, 1; Kayla Bremmer, Clark, 2; Clarissa Ulness, Manitowoc, 3; Ava Booth, Sheboygan, 4; and Grady Wendorf, Dodge, 5.

Age 14 —  Abigail Powers, Dunn, 1; Kenzie Emery, Jefferson, 2; Cole Kudma, Rock, 3; Logen Line, Grant, 4; and Lila Kilsdonk, Outagamie, 5.

Age 15 —  Kylie Nickels, Dodge, 1; Noah Bilz, Marathon, 2; Brooke Hammann, Barron, 3; Elise Bleck, Sheboygan, 4; and Molly Olstad, Dane, 5.

Age 16 —  Ashley Hagenow, Columbia, 1; Cole Mahkuch, Green, 2; Emily Edulutch, Waukesha, 3; Hope Petersheim, Vernon, 4; and Noah Heine, Jefferson, 5.

Age 17 —  Mikalya Endres, Columbia, 1; Vanessa Roberts, Manitowoc, 2; Kalista Hodorff, Fond du Lac, 3; Jacob Siemers, Manitowoc, 4; and Geneva Nunes, Chippewa, 5.
