WMMB launches holiday issue of Grate. Pair. Share.
Madison — The Wisconsin Milk Marketing Board has published the new Holiday issue of Grate. Pair. Share., an online magazine dedicated to cooking and entertaining with Wisconsin cheese and dairy products.
The issue features a variety of seasonal recipes and tips to help make the upcoming holidays easy and delicious.
Those with an appetite for tradition will enjoy a new twist on Wisconsin classics in this year’s issue including a Swiss Almond Cheese Log, Brandy Slush with prosecco and Tom & Jerrys made with mascarpone.
Cheese lovers will find step-by-step instructions for creating impressive and festive cheese boards in the shape of a wreath or Christmas tree, as well as essential tips for cutting and pairing Wisconsin cheese.
Those with a sweet tooth will enjoy a handful of dessert recipes including homemade Cheese Fudge, Chocolate Dipped Parmesan Shortbread Cookies, Cranberry Swirl Mascarpone Mini Cheesecakes and Holiday Everything Bars — a dressed-up version of the classic blondie.
