Insight FS hosting Showring Success Seminar

As the spring and summer seasons draw near, there are many youth throughout the State of Wisconsin getting anxious to exhibit their livestock at a variety of competitions.

Insight FS in partnership with Purina Animal Nutrition is proud to sponsor the third annual Showring Success Seminar to assist these youth in learning more about fitting, feeding, and showing their animals to the top of the competition.

This year's event will be hosted at the Insight FS Ixonia Service Center, W1255 Marietta Avenue, Ixonia, on Saturday, March 19, beginning with registration at 8:30 a.m.

There will be four sessions offered with a focus on sheep, swine and beef. Jefferson County 4-H Meat Animal Project participants are eligible to receive MAP points for attending. Point cards must be turned it at registration and will be returned after completion with the signature of an Insight FS representative.

Insight FS encourages youth, as well as their parents, already involved in projects to attend and also welcome those who are unsure if a livestock or meat animal project is the right fit for their family. Online registration is open at www.feeddealer.com/register1.

Pre-registrants will be entered into a drawing for a new Andis Clipper and must be present to win. There will also be a competition for participants to win many other great prizes, while learning more about their projects.
