Cabin Fever Fest

Beaver Dam — Have the feeling of being cooped up? If you do, you might be suffering from Cabin Fever.

Get out of the duldrums and come to Cabin Fever Fest on Saturday and Sunday, January 28-29 in Beaver Dam. There will be lots of fun of activities for all ages.

The festival will be held at Crystal Lake Park.

Events include a chili cook off, poetry contest, winter dog walk, a wagon ride through the park, chili cookoff, dutch over cooking demonstration, ice skating, a beach bonfire, disc golf, fireside chats, games, crafts and a snowball drop with prizes. There will also be tobogganing, sledding and the mayor's polar plunge.

Concessions are also available. Activities will be from 1-4 p.m. each day. Some activities will be held inside.

Crystal Lake Park is located just north of E. HWY 33 on Crystal Lake Road in Beaver Dam. The event is sponsored by Beaver Dam Community Activities and Services. For more information call their office at 920-887-4639.
