Stratford leadership promotions
BARABOO
Equity Cooperative Livestock Sales Association promoted Perry Wolff as manager of market operations and Clint Kroening as manager of field operations at Equity's Stratford market.
In his new role, Wolff will oversee the markets' daily operations and staff. In addition, he will develop and maintain customer relationships, establish budgets, plans and goals, and work closely with the corporate office.
Wolff has been employed at the Stratford market for more than 10 years and has served as assistant market manager, operations manager/supervisor, and as a market representative.
Wolff has a business management degree from Mid-State Technical College and is engaged to Cheri Conro. He lives in Edgar and owns 65 head of beef cattle. He is the treasurer and a board member for the Wisconsin Simmental Association, and also serves on their state sale committee. He has also served as a youth sports coach and referee.
Kroening has previously served as market manager at Equity's Marion market for more than seven years. In addition, he has previously auctioneered at various auction markets. He will now assist producers in marketing their livestock.
Kroening lives in Edgar with is wife, Courtney, and son Cooper.

Equity operates 12 auction markets and services producers in Illinois, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, South Dakota and Wisconsin.
