Compeer Financial honored at Wisconsin 4-H Hall of Fame ceremony

MADISON - The Wisconsin 4-H Foundation honored Compeer Financial, headquartered in Sun Prairie, as a major partner and contributor at the 2017 Wisconsin 4-H Hall of Fame Gala on April 27.

“We are truly grateful for the support of generous partners, like Compeer,” says Brenda Scheider, Executive Director for the Wisconsin 4-H Foundation. “Our partners help 4‑H create cutting-edge, relevant programs for young people to learn real-world skills that will prepare them for the challenges of today and tomorrow, moving communities, the state, our county and the world forward in ways no other youth organization can.”

As part of the Farm Credit System, Compeer Financial is a champion for rural America and the 4-H program to support the agriculture industry’s future leaders.”

Nearly 150,000 youth participate in the Wisconsin 4-H program, with the majority hailing from urban areas of the state.  More than 22,000 volunteers support the program. Compeer helps support all their efforts.
