Taylor Swift, Starbucks team up to offer singer's favorite drink alongside new 'Red' album

While Swifties are listening to Red (Taylor’s Version), they can also grab Taylor Swift’s favorite Starbucks drink to enjoy alongside the album.

Fans can now get the grande caramel nonfat latte by ordering a “Taylor’s Latte” or a “Taylor’s Version." Starbucks’ app on Friday also included an order option for the beverage and assured fans that they would have their signature “red cups ready and her music playing.”

The coffee giant teased the partnership earlier this week, tweeting “It’s Red Season.”

Swift on Friday released the rerecorded version of her 2012 album “Red,” dubbed “Red (Taylor’s Version).” The album includes songs from the originally released work, new “from the vault” tracks, a 10-minute version of her song “All Too Well” and more.

Swift’s fans on Friday knew all too well that they would enjoy the collaboration.

Swift is rerecording a swath of her music following a public battle with music exec Scooter Braun, who bought the masters to her first six albums in 2019. In April, she released “Fearless (Taylor’s Version), a rerecorded version of her 2008 album “Fearless.”

The Grammy Award-winning musician will also release a short film on Friday. She shared a clip on social media last week announcing “All Too Well The Short Film.” It will star Swift and actors Sadie Sink (“Stranger Things”) and Dylan O’Brien (“Maze Tunner,” “Teen Wolf”).

After the album was released on Friday, Swift thanked her fans on social media.

“It never would have been possible to go back & remake my previous work, uncovering lost art & forgotten gems along the way if you hadn’t emboldened me,” she shared. “Red is about to be mine again, but it has always been ours.”
