UW-Extension Fond du Lac, Ozaukee and Washington counties will be hosting a series of educational workshops on human resource management at sites in West Bend and Fond du Lac.

Farmers and managers will take home effective and practical approaches to human resource management on farms.

These “Becoming The Manager of Choice” workshops will focus on ways current and future managers and owners can increase their human resource management awareness and ability through interactive and engaging activities. These sessions aim to build skills related to hiring, training, motivation, conflict management, communication, and leadership important to successful agri-businesses.

The manager of choice workshops will be held February 16, March 9, and March 22 at the Washington County Public Agency Center, 333 E Washington St, West Bend and February 15, March 7, and March 21 at UW-Extension Fond du Lac, 400 University Dr, Fond du Lac.

All sessions will be conducted from 1 to 3:30 pm. Sessions in Fond du Lac will also have simultaneous Spanish interpretation.
