Calumet County Forage Council Summer Twilight Meeting

The 2013 Calumet County Forage Council Summer Twilight Meeting will be held on Wednesday, July 17, beginning at 7 p.m. at the Paul and Adam Faust Farm, Chilton. The farm is located two miles west of Chilton on County Highway F.

The topics for the evening will include "John Deere Harvest Lab Technology," by Ben Zick, Riesterer & Schnell; "Alfalfa Fungicides to Increase Yield and Quality" and "Fall Forage Seeding Options" by Dan Undersander, UW-Extension forage specialist.

Jeremy Hanson and Adam Faust will provide an update on the "2013 Midwest Forage Association Research Trial on Alfalfa Production."

A refreshment social will follow the meeting. There is no cost to attend and reservations are not required.
