ASA to host Soy Foods Lunch

on Capitol Hill, March 14

March 8, 2012 | 0 comments

ASA will host a Soy Foods Luncheon on Capitol Hill on March 14.

The annual event is an outreach activity that allows ASA and its corporate partners to interact with members of Congress and their staff, as well as key agencies like the U.S. Department of Agriculture, to highlight ASA's policy advocacy efforts and to promote the use of soy in a variety of foods.

The sponsors of ASA's 2012 Soy Foods Lunch are: ADM, Pioneer, Solae, Soyfoods Council and Soy Joy. Sponsor organization's products will be used in the preparation of the meal and sponsors will be on-site with information on their companies and products.

Board members and staff of ASA and its state affiliates will participate in the luncheon as part of the ASA March board meeting activities.

For more information or to sponsor a future Soy Foods Lunch, contact ASA Leadership & Corporate Program Manager Michelle Siegel at msiegel@soy.org.
