The 49th annual Falcon Frontier Days Rodeo is scheduled Friday and Saturday, Sept. 13-14, at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls Falcon Frontier rodeo grounds at the Campus Farm on the corner of Wasson Lane and Cemetery Road.

Performance times are Friday, Sept. 13, at 7 p.m. and Saturday, Sept. 14, at 1:30 p.m. and 7 p.m.

Ticket prices are $12 for adults and children over age 12; $8 for UWRF students with campus ID and children age 5-12; and children age 4 and under are free.

Tickets purchased pre-sale will be $2 off the listed prices. Pre-sale tickets can be purchased in the Agricultural Science building Sept. 10-12 from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. and in the University Center Sept. 11-12 from 9 a.m.-4 p.m.

"We're very excited to be having the 49th annual UW River Falls Rodeo," said Melissa Peterson, Rodeo Club vice-president and an animal science major with an equine management emphasis.

Peterson added, "Our rodeo is student run so we are very thankful for all of the volunteers, the hired professionals, and our sponsors that help us put on our rodeo. Without those people we could not put on such a great show."

UWRF rodeo shirts will be sold at all performances and a food stand will be set up to purchase refreshments.
