Wisconsin Milk Marketing Board e-newsletter connects chefs with cheese

Wisconsin Milk Marketing Board (WMMB) presents Chef Connect, a quarterly e-newsletter that provides chefs with cheese trends, tips, recipe applications and resources.

Each issue of Chef Connect features a cheese-centered theme, such as Cheese and Beer Pairings, Cheese Education, Domestic vs. Imported Cheese, and Eco-friendly Cheese and Cheese Makers. Within Chef Connect, chefs will find recipe applications from top restaurants using Wisconsin cheese, information about specific Wisconsin cheese makers or cheese companies, and a listing of educational information or collateral available to chefs.

“Chef education is an important component of WMMB’s food service program,” said Sara Hill, culinary manager, cheese education for WMMB. “Chef Connect keeps readers up to date on trends and innovative uses for Wisconsin cheese, as well as provides real-world examples and access to educational resources.”
