Volunteers needed at Illinois State Fair
Illinois officials are seeking volunteers to help in a variety of areas at the state fair in August.
Help is needed at information booths, fair buildings, the Illinois State Fair Museum and the new interactive exhibit, “Farmer’s Little Helpers.”
A minimum of 15 hours of volunteering is required. Helpers may work more.
“Farmer’s Little Helpers’” volunteers may work one of two shifts each day.
Training will be provided Aug. 8 at the Emmerson Building. Volunteers will receive a fair T-shirt, admission and parking.
