MUSCATINE, IA

Scott and Kelly Simons of Simons Feed and Seed, LLC in Elkhorn, recently completed three days of training and instruction at the 2014 Kent Nutrition Group (KNG) Feeding and Management School. The School was held at the corporate training center of Kent Corporation, parent company of KNG.

Nutritionists and other company experts reviewed products, programs and nutritional items, through demonstrations, lectures, and interactive sessions. Participants were also instructed on retail merchandising and customer care. Tours of the Equine Learning Center, Product Development Center and Worldwide Corporate Headquarters rounded out the 2014 School experience.

After successfully fulfilling the course requirements, participants were presented certificates of completion by Dan Paca, Vice President of Sales and their Territory Sales Manager. KNG dealerships are not only a source of quality products but also valuable management recommendations for customers whose business is commercial livestock production. A Kent brand dealer is a source for answers producers need to help their animals perform efficiently and raise their bottom line.

Kent Nutrition Group is a leading manufacturer of quality feeds throughout the Midwest and Northeast. A subsidiary of Kent Corporation, Kent Nutrition Group remains part of a family-owned network of food companies including Grain Processing Corporation of Muscatine, IA, and Precision Foods, of St. Louis, MO.
