At the Real Wisconsin Cheese Grill in 2013, more than 55,000 grilled cheese sandwiches were sold. This year, fairgoers will consume more than 8,000 pounds of cheese, and the grilled cheese sandwiches will require 1,000 pounds of Grassland butter during the 11 days of fair.
