Case IH recognizes Kunau Implement with Pinnacle Excellence Award

Case IH recognized Kunau Implement in eastern Iowa for achieving Pinnacle excellence for the Marketing and Operations area of their business.

Pinnacle is a company-wide program developed cooperatively by Case IH and the Case IH Dealer Advisory Board to help dealers deliver a best-in-class experience in today's constantly changing agriculture landscape. Pinnacle recognizes dealerships for achievement in the key areas identified as important to success by both dealers and Case IH.

For example, to be recognized in the Operations component of Pinnacle, forward-looking dealers focus on leadership and team development; process improvement; business planning; commitment to a safe, well-organized work environment; professional career development; and standard operating policies and procedures.

To be recognized for Marketing, Pinnacle awards winners place an emphasis on their strategic marketing efforts; promotion of the Case IH brand and individual dealership; proper retailing and merchandising environments; participation in advertising and promotions; and customer relationship management.

"Pinnacle serves as the blueprint to help Case IH dealers evolve into best-in-class businesses to better serve our customers and meet the increasing demands required to sell, service and maintain sophisticated agricultural equipment," says Jim Walker, Case IH Vice President of North American agricultural business.

"Quite simply, the game has changed," he says. "The stakes are high. Today's demanding producers have come to expect a new level of service and capability from their dealerships. They expect more than just innovative products, more than just top-notch service and more than just great customer support. Pinnacle helps position

Case IH dealerships for future success in meeting customers' high expectations.

"At Case IH, we talk about doing our part to help ag producers 'Be Ready,' because tomorrow's infinite potential is open to those who prepare themselves," adds Walker. "Kunau Implement has shown its commitment to serving customers' needs by earning Pinnacle recognition, and we offer our congratulations."
